I have been in the lash industry for 4 years and whew it has been a journey. I have encountered so many blessings and nightmares all while lashing and holding my business down. I make sure I meet all my clients’ needs and I expect they meet mine which is just reading my policies and coming to get pretty! Well that’s enough about me here are a few unlisted policies I have to let you know about before I get out of your hair… Lash allergies & Refunds: I PROVIDE A SENSITIVE ADHESIVE FOR THOSE WITH SENSITIVE EYES. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS UNLESS IM HELD ACCOUNTABLE! EVERYONE HAS A 24-48 HOUR WAIT AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TO FINALIZE AND TO REPORT ANY ISSUES WITH LASHES. ANYTHING AFTER THEM THE HOURS I CANNOT FIX FOR FREE. Late fee & no call no show: YOU HAVE A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD! THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE IF YOU ARE 5-15 MINUTES LATE. ANYTHING AFTER THAT 15 MIN MARK YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED. NO CALL NO SHOWS: BANNED AND 100% CHARGED. SAME DAY CANCELLATION (no reschedule) 50% WILL BE CHARGED TO CARD. NO PAYMENT= BANNED!
